Time

Another important factor in your decision about the JEHP program is the amount of time the program can take in a day depending on your arrangement. Distance from Kennesaw, high school classes and distance, and your job schedule can all add driving time and take away from personal and studying time.

Distance from Kennesaw Try driving to Kennesaw and determine your daily commute to the school. If just driving to Kennesaw State University is too far away, you should consider a closer joint enrollment program. The Kennesaw State University JEHP program does not recommend online courses for JEHP students. If there is not another program in your area, consider summer enrichment programs. These aren't the same, but if too much of your time is devoted to driving to have time to study and to still enjoy your youth, the JEHP program will not help you at all.

Distance from High School Consider whether or not you will be taking classes at High School or not. Drive out your commute from home to high school to Kennesaw State. The year I was enrolled with classes at two schools, my commute was two hours long. There's a small hole in the ozone named after me. Remember to consider your whole trip.

Job Also add in driving to and from your job. If that's what's holding you back, consider getting an on-campus job at Kennesaw State. Your job's hours, even though you're free, may mean pockets of time between school and your job where it's hard to schedule anything like meeting friends and working on projects.

Add it up With all that wasted time put together, do you still have time to perform well emotionally and in your classes?
