About
Kennesaw State University is one of the fastest growing colleges in Georgia, with classes on it's convient location and online. It has students from all walks of life, joint enrollment high school students and adult learners and international students from over 120 countries. Of utmost importance to high school students, Kennesaw State's colors are black and gold and the mascot is the owl.
KSU offers high school students a program called Joint Enrollment Honors Program where students leave their high school to take some of their classes at college. The classes they take at Kennesaw State count for both college and high school credit at the same time, so they graduate high school as scheduled while gaining college education and experience. Students can choose to take just one class at Kennesaw, or be full time college students. Students need only have a SAT of 1100 (ACT 24) and GPA of 3.0 (Joint Enrollment) and can join as a Junior or a Senior.
